STATEMENT RELATED TO LEGAL PROCEEDINGS ON SEPT. 24

In response to the plea bargain and sentencing that was passed down yesterday, Sept. 24, in the Lehigh County, Pa. Courthouse, Cadets Arts & Entertainment would like to express our continued support for all of the victims involved in the criminal investigation. Their acts of selflessness and strength deserve our full respect, admiration and gratitude. We can only hope that the victims are also able to find some closure so that they can begin to move forward and heal.

It is for this same reason that Cadets Arts & Entertainment was formed in April of this year – to move forward, and to create a more respectful, safe, diverse and inclusive environment for young people in the pageantry arts. This organization has been rebuilt from the ground up with principles and processes to ensure the safest experience possible for marching members and employees. Cadets Arts & Entertainment is committed to providing rigorous oversight and cultivating open communication and radical transparency to ensure that past events do not repeat themselves or define our future.
